Mortgage Broker Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 693 262 887) is a mortgage and finance broking business based in Doreen, Victoria. We are a Credit Representative (number 527026) and we arrange credit on behalf of our clients.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

To help you with a loan, we generally need to collect:

• Identification documents
• Employment and income details
• Your assets, liabilities and living expenses
• Information about the property or purpose the loan relates to

We collect this directly from you in most cases, through this website, by phone, by email or in person. Sometimes we also receive information from lenders or others involved in your application.

How we use it

Who we share it with

To arrange a loan, we need to share your information with the lender or lenders you ask us to approach. Depending on your application, we may also need to share it with parties directly involved in it, such as your conveyancer, accountant or a valuer, and with our aggregator, whose systems and credit licence we operate under.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. That includes secure systems, access controls, and only keeping information for as long as we need it or the law requires.

Access and correction

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, your details are sent directly to our own email inbox. They are not stored by any third-party form or marketing service.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Like most websites, it is built from services that deliver parts of the page to your browser: a hosting provider, a web font service, and services that supply the site's styling, icons and scripts. Each of these may record standard technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering the page to you. Some of these providers are located overseas.
